Permission-based. Say the words, not the script. Jump to Discovery as soon as they engage.
"Hi, this is Cristian, I help local businesses get more calls booked. I know this is out of nowhere, do you have thirty seconds, or is this a bad time?"
Get their name early, then type it in above
"By the way, who am I speaking with?" As soon as they say it, type it into the name box at the top of the screen, the rest of the script will use it.
If they say yes / go ahead
"Quick question, [Name], when's the last time you looked at how your business shows up online, like when someone searches for what you do near them?"
If they sound rushed
"No problem, I'll be quick. I help local businesses get found and get more calls, wanted to see if that's something worth thirty seconds right now."
If they say no / not interested
"Totally understand. Mind if I text you some info in case that changes? No pressure either way."
Discovery
Get these answers before pitching. Qualifies them and warms them up for the offer.
1. Current site
"Do you have a website right now, and if so, is it actually bringing you calls, or does it just kind of sit there?"
2. Ads / marketing
"Are you running any ads right now, Google, Facebook, anything like that?"
3. Volume goal
"If we could get you more calls booked every week, roughly how many more would actually make a difference for you?"
4. Business type/area
"What kind of business is it, and what area do you mainly serve?"
Packages
Small Business tier - this is what the $99 offer applies to. Present all 3, let them pick.
"So [Name], based on what you told me, here's what makes sense for you."
Package 1 — Starter
$397
A real website, built to actually get found. Enough to get you online and searchable.
Package 2 — Growth
$797
Everything in Starter, plus online booking/calendar built in, plus real local SEO work so you show up in search.
Package 3 — Full Service
$1,497 + $997/mo ongoing
Everything above, plus ongoing marketing so the leads keep coming, not just a one-time build.
Package 4 — Custom
Custom website with custom features. If what they need doesn't fit the 3 above, this is the option.
"That sounds like it might need something custom, let's get you a real quote for exactly what you need."
Never quote below these prices without checking with CG first. If they're a bigger business that can pay more, flag it to CG, there's a different pricing tier for that, don't quote it yourself yet.
Add-Ons
Mention these AFTER they've picked a package, not before. Optional, don't force it.
Reputation management
"One thing a lot of clients add on, we can also manage your Google reviews, get you more of them and respond to them, so people trust you more when they find you. Want me to add that?"
General framing
If they seem interested in more than the base package, say: "We've got a few add-ons depending on what you need, let's get your site going first and I'll walk you through the rest after."
Objections
LAER: Listen, Acknowledge, Explore, Respond. Jump here any time, then jump back to where you were.
"I already have a website"
Don't argue the website itself. Ask: "Totally, how many calls would you say it's actually bringing you a month right now?" Reframe from "your website is bad" to "it's not generating enough calls."
"Just send me some info"
"Happy to, I'll text you the link right now while we're on the phone, takes two minutes if you want to look at it together." Close for texting it live, not a vague follow-up.
"I need to think about it"
"Totally fair. Real quick, is it more the price, or you're just not sure yet if this is the right time?" Isolate the real objection instead of accepting the stall.
"Not interested"
One graceful attempt: "No worries. If that changes, mind if I text you the info so you have it?" If still no, thank them and log it, don't push further.
"That's expensive"
"I get that. That's actually why we start with just a $99 down payment, so you're not putting a lot down upfront before you see it's working."
Close & Deposit
This is the ask. Say the price, then go quiet. Let them answer before you say anything else.
When they ask "how much"
Say: "$99." Then stop talking. Wait for them to respond.
After the pause
"That $99 is just the down payment to get started. The rest of your package is due once we start delivering results, and you can pay that all at once or as we go, whatever works for you."
Getting the close
"I can lock you in right now with that $99 deposit, [Name]. Which package sounded right for you, Starter, Growth, or Full Service?"
Option A — Zelle (works right now)
Send the $99 to pay@wmis.dev via Zelle. Have them do it live on the call if possible, then confirm you see it.
Tell them: "I'll send you our Zelle info, pay@wmis.dev, for the $99. Once I see it come through you're officially on the schedule."
Option B — Card (Helcim, secure)
"I can also take your card right now, it's a secure payment window, one second while I pull it up."
After they pay
"You're all set. I'm going to text you a short form to fill out so we can get started on your page, takes a few minutes."
Send them the onboarding link: wmis.dev/onboarding?client=[slug]&name=[Business+Name]
Text CG right after: "BOOKED - [name] - [phone] - [package] - $99 paid via Zelle."
Save Summary
Fill this in at the end of every call, win or not. Saves straight into the CRM.
